Yeah i agree. Its not that they won't be good, they'll be awful. If you want us to recommend say a CPU or maybe a mobo for 300CAN then yeah sure and then you can save up for the other components, but at 300 its not gonna happen.

mind you it depends what he wants to use the computer for but like all the others i would wait and save up to get somethings thats worht spending your money on
