There is no way possible to unban an account from their servers. The ban is set and there to stay. Nothing you can do about besides make a new account if he really likes Black Ops that much.

I'm really disappointed, i've never done a bad thing.
My favourite CoD and i never boosted, never hacked, never had an emblem, people reported because i did a series on flawless gaming on TDM where I went on a 26 flawless run , thanks anyway guys treyarch , i hate you!
