so i was going to buy one, but are they worth it? whats the difference between a dev kit, and a rgh/jtag?
also i heard dev kits have there own live, so does that mean its easier for them to get online? or is that false?
basically i just want a console that i can go online with, be it xbox live, or whatever the dev kit live thing is..

Correct me if I am wrong but JTAG's and RGH's can go online too on LiNK. And devkits cant login to XBL without service either.

dev kits are only worth it if you are going to be developing things for games
if you just want to host online get the cheapest rgh/jtag because you are going to be bored of it really fast
dev kits have kind of live its called pnet but its meant for developers to test things for online it is not xbox live
