how exactly do you load a patch for cod 4 or waw and is it any different for a .dll if so whats the difference and also what do i copy and where do i paste it thank you

You need the patch and put it in your cod4 game directory and then you need the modded default.mp.xex to load the patch. You place that in there aswell then press a and it should load

i get cod 4 its mainly if theres any differences in .dlls

COD4 Don't have dll's do they :/.. Im sure its only Patch.etc' ...MW2 Have DLl's

Cod 4 has patches d.ll's where made for mw2 tu7 and above

thats what im saying i know how to load a patch for cod 4 etc but im not sure how to do mw2 tu8 .dlls

a DLL is basically the same as a patch. Just put a DLL in the game directory, and a default that loads the dll, and launch the Default, Then your on.

You don't necessarily need the "modded" version of default_mp.xex. I use the original one that comes with the game when I install it. ;)
