i heard some more stuff about this, you can trade a game to an xbox live friend who you have been friends with for 30 days or more along that you can only trade the game once.

on another note, i don't see why microsoft has any control on how we use our games? that should be up to the creators/publishers of the game right? why is microsoft allowed to say how we trade our games?

I don't understand how people still think this is fake. They've already announced it, whether you like it or not it's true. Look at Sony's YouTube channel right now they're making fun of the trading/lending game system for the Xbox One.

Additional notes: To those of you saying "I have internet, this won't affect me". Maybe, but you have no idea how anti-consumer this is. If you go to a hotel on vacation or someone's house in the country etc. with no Wi-Fi you won't be able to play anything, not even single player campaign. And worse our military on leave at sea, on naval ships, or many in Afghanistan won't be able to play any games with their buddies to blow off steam because there likely won't be an internet connection available for 4-5 months.
