Note:Store owners all start off with some merchandise the rest you buy.

Hardware Store owner/lumberjack: Sells building supplies and other things like electrician equipment, also goes around and gets wood to stock the store. Deals with miner to acquire some other materials too.

Mining Supplies store owner/ Miner: Manages the mining supplies store and goes mining for things like coal, iron, gold, diamond, redstone, etc.

Armory Owner/ Blacksmith:Sells weapons and armor to people

Mineral Store Owner: Sells minerals to people; like iron, gold, coal. diamond, etc.( I give you the supplies)

Landscaper: Decorates and designs things for people who commission you.

Builder: Builds and repairs things, must let me see something you've built first.

Electrician: Does redstone wiring, must be good with redstone and let me see some of your redstone creations first.

Baker: Runs the bakery and also makes bread, cookies, and cakes.

McDonald's employee: Works at McDonald's, takes orders and prepares meals according to recipes.

Fisherman: Catches fish, has unlimited access to dock, takes boat from dock to the large fishing boat in the lake. There can be multiple fishermen.

Pixel Artist: Creates GOOD pixel art around the town to make it look nice. Must be a good pixel artist and let me see some of your work first.

Real estate agent: Sells houses and tries to convince people to spend more on houses.

Factory worker/ Farmer: There is a processing plant which contains three factories, your choice of working in the cooked pork-chop factory, wheat factory, or sugar cane factory. These jobs are first come first serve. Also, since there is no melon or pumpkin factory it would be a good idea to buy a plot of land and the supplies to farm them.

Potion Brewer/ Potion store owner: Works at potion store and sells potions, also has full access to the Nether to gather potion materials. You are given a potion brewing work station with mostly everything that you will need.

Police Officer:Makes sure no people are fighting and protects everyone from mobs.
The police officer increases in rank as they become more trustworthy, stay in the server, and do their job well. As you get promoted in rank you will get better armor, better weapons, and more privileges. At first Ill only hire one police officer but once they reach the rank of Sergeant I'll hire another.

Hardware Store owner/lumberjack: $20 a day, plus I pay you half price of the wood you get.(ex.) wood, sticks, planks. etc
Mining Supplies store owner/ Miner: $20 a day plus I pay you half price of what materials you bring back.(ex.) cobblestone, ores, etc.
Armory Owner/ Blacksmith: $20 a day.
Mineral Store Owner: $20 a day.
Landscaper: You landscape for people who hire you to landscape for them, you and your customer agree on a price.
Builder: You can be hired by people to build things for them and you agree on a price with them also, I can pay you to repair anything that has been damaged.(ex. a piece of the road blown up by a creeper)
Electrician: You can be hired by people to do some redstone work for them and you agree on a price with them.
Baker: $20 a day
McDonald's employee: $30 a day, a semi-hard job you may need a little training as some people aren't patient enough to wait long for their order to be made.
Fisherman: $2 for every fish that you catch
Pixel Artist: Depends on what you are going to build.
Real estate agent: Gets paid 20% of the price they sold the house for.
Factory worker/ Farmer: $30 a day.
Potion Brewer/ Potion store owner: $20 a day
Police Officer: $35 a day, gets a $5 pay raise for each full rank that they increase.

Property tax:
Paid every 5 days. 1% of the homes value (what you bought it for).
(Ex. You bought a house for $1000. $1000 x 1% = $10. You pay $10 every 5 days in property tax.)


Income tax:
Paid every 10 days. 10% your daily wage multiplied by 10.
(Ex. Your daily wage is $20, every 10 days you willve earned $200. $20 x 10% = $2; $2 x 10 days = $20 per 10 days.)


Residence Tax:
Paid every 3 days. Simple, $1 every 3 days; simply for having the opportunity to be a resident of Minetropolis.

All insurance plans for your property are a one-time charge

Fire Insurance: Insurance against your house from fires. Cost is 10% of the value of the house.

Creeper Insurance: Insurance against your home from creeper explosions. Cost is 5% of the value of the house.

Griefer Insurance: Insurance against your house from griefers, if your home is damaged due to griefers or items are stolen and these losses can be proven. Cost is 16% of the value of the house.

Flood Insurance: Insurance against your home from damage caused by water or lava. Cost is 20% of the value of the house.

Health Insurance: Insurance against your life from unpreventable, natural, or criminal causes; such as death due to lava, TNT, you are murdered or other causes. Cost is $2 a day, and compensation for your death is based off of cause, probability, legitimacy, and other factors.
