Sorry to burst your bubble, but no we can't fly, or breathe fire or really do anything that we don't already know of.
There are certain "powers" that can take over our body, under the right circumstances. For example a 10 year old being able to lift a 1.5 tonne car off of his Dad, which of course would normally be impossible.
But short of just super strength etc, there is nothing innate in our body that we can do, like flying. If we could, we would definitely know about it, seeing as biologists have literally mapped the entire human body, and looked into what every little thing does in as much detail as possible.
(Also for further reference, even if we had wings, like the commonly depicted angel, we would not be able to fly, it's simply not possible, we're too heavy and just not designed to be able to fly, it's simply not possible)
I do agree that it would be really cool though.

Like Euler said, biologists have a pretty good understanding of our bodies, I wouldn't trust any medication if they didn't.
There was the story of an 80 year old woman in China lifting a car above her head without being in an adrenaline fueled situation, however, there is little proof of this.
Adrenaline fueled feats of superhuman strength are demonstrated quite regularly with seemingly weak people lifting cars off those who are trapped underneath single-handedly.
Other than that, you should watch Stan Lee's Superhumans, there's episodes of it on Youtube.
It shows people who have seemingly superhuman powers, there's a guy who can fire his revolver twice hitting two targets in under a second.
It's not like he's flying around or anything, but it's still pretty superhuman.
There's also a guy who never gets tired, he seems to have unlimited amounts of stamina.

Considering thousands of children have tried to fly and broken their limbs, no one has evoked flames from their mouth, and we have been around for thousands of years....
No, I don't think we have hidden powers.

I am not saying that we do or we do not as it is quite impossible to tell right now. Seeing as how we use only about 10%-15% of our brain capacity however if we could use 100% we may be able to do superhuman/superpower things. It's just that we don't know for sure due to the fact that we can not use 100% of our brain. Now do I believe that we could have superpowers if we could use 100% of our brain, yes as a matter of fact I do.

This could be possible. You would think it would be discovered within 2000 years. But maybe there is a way to fly. Michael Jordan did.

you say that wings would not be able to lift us because of our weight etc. Look at Bees, according to scientists that specialize in Aerodynamics Bees shouldn't be able to fly, their wings in proportion to their body mean they CANT fly.
Yet they do, its entirely plausible that if we had wings like that we could fly.
as for superhuman powers, i would have to say things like you see in the X-men movies or in the Marvel universe no. But people that have things like esp, telekinesis stil have not been disproved by scientists.

Well, the only chances of anybody having the ability to fly would have to be the ability the people had in chronicle. But, the chances of that happening are slim.
