I say that because if the chip operated on or near its temp threshold then it would shorten the life, however a decent cooler will prevent any damage occurring. On the other hand though i agree that a bad overclock can shorten the life, as can bad fitting of a cooler.

Nice video man it is helpful, i just wanted to point those things out, but they are my take on overclocking

Up to you dude, got the basic info there anyway so unless you want to go further into depth i'd leave it as it is.
