I would give the top a 10/10 but the bottom one like a 8/10 because I really don't like the fade on the left side of the image.

7/10 for both.

Top - To bright and overused. Doesn't look good.

Bottom - The colours don't look good. Which makes it look bad.

Sorry but that's my opinion.
