It just depends on publisher. Xbox has all the better exclusives, gets all DLC first, and has better online gameplay. AND IS LESS HACKABLE. Playstation is a poor excuse for a console. I want a cosole soley for gameing and thats not the xbox i dont have internet 24/7 i really dont it goes out alot and when im statned at a base thrre is no i.nternet. for enlisted personel half the time so the xbox one to me is the xbox none and the ps4 lets me play games whenever i want thats what im going with

I have an Xbox I ain't no play station fan boy but what I do know is Microsoft have killed themselves, they are now ripping us off. 60 pound games 50 pound live 420 pound console, compared to Sony with 40 pound live, no trade fees, 320 pound console. If you have money scene you will see whats better. And this is from an Xbox fan.

I'm a fanboy? Lolno. I just recognize when something is simply better. I appreciate what the Xbox is trying to do, I own an Xbox 360 and prefer that to the PS3. However, I just realize that there is no gaming-related reason that the Xbox One is better than the PS4. Yes, they both have around the same specs. But, the PS4 is still $100 cheaper considering that. Sony is behind in apps, so what? Do you really use MLB whatever on your console? Sony still has Netflix, Amazon, Youtube, etc. It has all the important and needed apps. No, you cannot borrow and trade in games [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . I can't simply give a game to my friend to borrow, nor can I sell or buy used games unless it's from a retailer like Gamestop. Even then, publishers can charge any sort of fees on the used games that I buy. Xbox has all the better exclusives? Like what? Last gen, all we had was Halo, Forza, and Gears. Sure, this gen, Xbox is making a real improvement towards getting exclusives. But, Sony has much more, and much better first-party exclusive SERIES. Not just this one game that's going to be exclusive to one console, but the rest will be released on all consoles (Mass Effect anyone?), but actual series, such as Kingdom Hearts, Uncharted, The Last of Us, God of War, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, Killzone, inFamous, and many, many great others. Is less hackable? No. Remember that the PS3 wasn't actually hacked/modded until a couple years into it's release. The Xbox One is a decent console, but it just doesn't compete with the PS4 in my opinion.

Exactly! What happens when you take your console to your relatives with no Internet, your screwed. Microsoft lost the console war as soon as they added trading fees and constant connection

Okay, you have always loved microsoft, i mean who didnt? I'm also a xbox fanboy.
But let's just be honest, the PS4 is better, i don't want to admit it, but it is.
Its cheaper, does not need online checks, you don't need to turn kinect off by the plug for it to be fully off, trade games, etc.
I have always stuck with xbox.
Now its time for the better console.
