I've just come on my computer and YouTube wont buffer videos properly? Normally I can buffer 720p without a problem but now after 4 seconds it is stopping and trying to buffer, and it's not buffering for ages, is it YouTubes fault or my laptop?

yeah i had the same problem yesterday.... dont know what the deal is though. Im fine now at least :]

So you reckon its just I've gotta wait it out?

Thats what i did waited it out and soon it started to work again, up to you what you want to do,wait for some else to have a solution, or wait it out.

Oh thank god, I thought it was my internet again, but today it is worse than ever! The past 2 hours, loading a video is like riding a tortoise around the world.... It wont happen....

There's nothing wrong with Youtube. Odds are that it's your internet.

Its 1 million percent not my internet, my xbox is fine and everything else is fine on my laptop just YouTube wont load

Pause the video and come back to it in 5-10 minutes. It should have buffered by then.
