What is the difference between an rgh and a Jtag can't they both do the same thing because I'm about sick and tired of my xenon Jtag and might just get a falcon rgh

Jtag's are older and are more prone to overheating and red ringing. Rgh's last longer and have better cooling systems(usually fan mods)

Jtag typically boot up right away with no problem unless bad flash of course. RGH boot times can range and vary between boots.

It's just a new version of a JTAG But Not not much new in it considering they both do the same thing.
