Here's a save for Fable 3 which has the following -

Money - 999,800,000 (I suggest that you avoid hitting the 999,999,999 mark, as things go pear shaped from there on up)
Treasury - 999,800,000 (same deal as for Money, don't hit 999,999,999)
Scale - 1.200 (your character will be 20% larger than normal)
Gender - Male
Morality - 100% "Good".
Guild Seals - N/A (Around the 600 mark, but irrelevant. All guild chests have been opened anyway)
Health - 9999 (I cannot be certain whether this value will reset to default or not, and have not tested it)
Extra Hero Sword Damage - 500 (Once again, may not have any effect as it was modded before you receive the Hero Sword)
Maximum Character Age - 20
Weapons - 1 of every weapon
Guild Chests - All unlocked
Clothing - 1 of every article of clothing
