Very simple work this one, made it because I have wanted to make an underwater piece for a while and before I tackle a complicated piece I have in mind, I want to try something easy.
This is the end result, it took me about 20 minutes to blend to the most appealing look and to add the lighting to her.

Very simple idea, Kind of works.
But the picture of the woman, The top edge is blurred, Or at least looks it, I would make the edge crisp like the rest.
The way the background image has been taken, there's a bit of reflection on the bottom of the image, Breaking the feel of it a bit.
Personally i'd make the background and pictures used a more cartoon look and feel.
Otherwise, it looks nice for the aim of the picture.
