You have to register it before you update.
You can keep it, and once it registers you wont have to worry about the beta 2 or anything it will work fine.
alright so im fine to update today and purchase tomorow?

You should be, but we are not 100% sure, just stay on 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 and wait for udid to register then update

Hey is there anyway of finding out if my udid is registered? I was told that this website udidreg.com was a very trustworthy site and so I payed 7 dollars to get my udid registered and after I bought it I just sit at a charging screen for like 30 minutes and the the sight just went down and it says bad gateway every time you go to it now. So I got an email that it charged my PayPal and that was all so I had no clue if it was registered or not so I just downloaded ios 7 beta and put my phone in dfu mode and tried to restore it to ios 7 beta but it wasn't activated so I restored to ios 6.1.3 and then I found that tutorial on how to do it for free and now I am where I am and have no clue if my udid is registered...

Hey man idk about that website, but I do know another website that is more legit that I have personally registered my UDID for 8 dollars. Just try and get your 7 dollars back or just email the website or post on their forums and find out what happened to your 7 dollars, and if your UDID is registered. Try this website [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Mine is registered but i'm just saying: You could downgrade before the Beta 2 and do the free way again once it comes out because it WILL be leaked again. Back during iOS5 when my UDID wasn't registered i did this all the time my phone or iPod were not bricked or blacklisted from apples servers.
