Basically you restore your phone on itunes. Not hard mate.

restore to iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 depending on whatever. Restoring it will just make it brand new and possibly mess it up. It's basically doing it the exact same way you did to get iOS 7, but just using a different ipsw
