I wouldn't see why it wouldn't be. Looks like more people are moving over to Playstation so more ultimate team players would be there

Rumour is Xbox might be making an agreement to hold either just ultimate team on Xbox only or possibly all online access to FiFA for only Xbox users. I would love it if that happened as I'm so getting an Xbox 1

No. Let me clarify. Xbox and PS users both will be able to play Ultimate Team on FIFA 14. But, EA Sports and Microsoft have come to a special agreement that'll give users on the Xbox One exclusive content.
