if you are level 61 now, fast travel to the tundra express. once you are there you will see a snowman next to the ammo and heath machines. shoot the head off the snowman with any gun and there will be a Flynt's Tinderbox there. Hope that helped

Im pretty sure that only works for the mission where you have to burn the varkids to wake up mordecai.
