Could someone explain to me how these people in the modded lobby section are constantly hosting free mod menu lobbies? Xbox live stealth is soo expensive I don't understand how anyone could do this for free.. But maybe I'm missing something.

probably after they earn enough money that covers the cost of their stealth, they just decide to host free lobbies. or maybe some people just have the money to blow and don't care I guess...

Some people are on private servers. And others have lifetime so they just pay it off over time.
