so i recently got a claim files against me because this guy bought a Challenge Lobby on 3 different cods from me for $32
I have no proof that i gave it to him so he filed a claim for his money back
i dont have enough to refund him in my Paypal account because the money is on hold and it says "Your refund must not exceed your available balance. If you have funds in another currency balance, you may want to consider transferring funds from other currency balances.'
I am trying to refund but that money is on hold and it wont let me refund it!
If i am unable to respond to this claim becuase of this what would happen to me?
I have 10 days to respond to the claim

so you ripped him off? you seem more concerned with refunding him then anything. I know if I gave something they paid for then they tried saying they didnt get it I wouldnt be in a hurry to refund them anything

Its also fraud even if you did give him what he/she asked for due to 'no proof'.
