That is absolutely ridiculous.. I don't give money to beggars anyway, I give money to homeless shelters, where homeless people are treated kindly and given beds, therapy, and nice meals. But normally when you give a beggar money, or in this case, this kind of beggar, uses that money on drugs(including alcohol), and not using the money for stuff they really need, rather their addictions. Which, therefore, leads people to beg more and not find a job or a way to get paid.
