Is he too old to be punished? I'm glad he is, he probably forgot and was living happy. Now his last days will be miserable.
Sorry but are you stupid?!?! SS guards or anyone to worked for hitler never forget anything that happened in WW2, he should be torted himself no matter what age.
excuse my spelling
Okay but what if he's changed. You know how like letting stuff sink in while in jail can change people? Hence, parole for good behavior. He's had a lot of years to reflect. If he feels wrongdoing for what he did, let him be. Let him finish his years.
We all make mistakes, sure that was a huge mistake, & was so immoral, but he's 98 years old. I think it's a bit too late for punishment.
I say let him be...

Let him live the rest of his days rotting in jail. He doesn't care if he dies at this point of his life since he already lived it.

He was part of the holocaust. Probably the worst thing that has ever happened in history. He was also working a Auschwitz which was one of the worst death camps to be at as a jew. He tortured and executed many people. He deserves to be in jail along with anyone else who did something like that. Just because he is an elderly man doesn't change what he did or justify it.

A lot of people back in them days just went with the flow to keep from being executed and he is too old to receive the death penalty .The only reason I think he should receive the death penalty is if h killed somebody in the last 30 years or is a rapist, child molester

What people dont realize if he were to refuse to follow orders he himself would have been executed. It was kill or be killed. It is not like all NAZI's were bloodthirsty jew killers. They were forced to do it or they would also be in the pile of bodies. They had families at home as well to come home to. I guarantee anything this man has done has haunted him his whole life.

If he was a proud man of his country he would of died for his country instead of killing thousands.

Way easier said than done. Especially if you have a wife or kids to leave behind. You refusing to follow your orders isn't going to save one life. You are going to be killed and someone who will do their job will take your place.

I wouldn't say torture him. No one deserves to be tortured. I just think he should be sentenced to jail for the rest of his life with no chance of bail. I think torturing or executing a 90 year old man would be very extreme.
