To be honest, they are appealing to a more variety of gamers with these new changes, yes most of them might be little children fresh off the 360 but it's their choice now if they want to get it. When the Xbox One is released the Xbox 360 Multiplayer element might change

Just the same but PS4 is cheaper?

Shame on you. I would invest more money in a better console that I know won't get hacked in a week and the exclusives alone win the console war.

Honestly I'm glad they made the change, I've always been a Microsoft gamer its a personal preference and I was thinking about getting a ps4 since I didn't want to have to deal with the DRM but now I'm getting an Xbox One since they changed most things that people don't like, now all they have to change is the fact that the kinect has to be on 24/7.

Eternity wrote I agree, the DRM didn't bother or affect me and I was looking forward to the features that came with it. However I'm glad Microsoft decided to appeal to the majority of gamers. Plus, if you installed the game and didn't need the disc, then it just takes up space and is a useless chunk of mass. I'm perfectly okay with the way the disc system works now. Just like the Sony Entertainment America CEO said (no haters please, it's relevant) "Why change something that isn't broken?"

"Why change something that isn't broken?"

To improve it. Put it this way, if every game had the SAME exact features with just a few different aspects such as a map and storyline, would you buy it? No graphics upgrades, no extra features or innovation.

I wouldn't. The Xbox One features were amazing, you mention a useless chunk of mass, but you could always delete a game and re-download it when you decide to play it again, or just play it from the cloud.

Now, if you buy a game on demand, you own it without a way to re-sell it.

The Xbox One WAS innovation at it's finest, now it has maybe 20 new features and is upgraded. Nothing significant, it's disappointing. I'll most likely still buy it anyway.
