I'm going to just say it I am just always with Microsoft so I may not be the most unbiased opinion. I have collected all my games through Xbox to the 360 and will continue to the Xbox One but I do understand the anger everyone felt over the DRM policy but not so much the 24 hour connection thing though. Now that those are both gone the only draw back I see is if you really are one of those people who are freaked out about having a camera "Kinect" always on you if not then you have to consider the games. What type of games are you looking for you should compare the exclusives and see which ones appeal to you most. I'd even say if you have the money get both just for the exclusives but I know that isn't an option to many including myself.

Final Answer:
It's your choice pick the one that appeals to the gamer you are both are going to be even when it comes to graphics I don't see developers striving to take advantage of the PS4 extra ram so it just comes down to exclusives.

Get the PS4 if you like it.

Get the Xbox one if you like it.

Who cares, they are both consoles I just dont like the idea of Xbox listening to my conversations.

I( would go for the xbox because it has this build in twitch livestream capture card.and it's not only for gaming.!

Play Station has better exclusives
All games cross controller compatible with the vita (the vita can become your ps4 screen and controller)
No mandatory Kinect
Smaller Console, looks more efficient.

The PS3 Hacking Occurred 2 years ago. Sony has very obviously improved there security and its wrong to assume that the PS4 will share the same fate. At this point it is safe to say the Xbox One is just as likely to be hacked.

Xbox 360 and the PS3 are old generation consoles. Don't bring arguments from an old generation into a new generation

go for xbox one if you want the superior tv console or if you enjoy kinect games, if you want a console with the best graphical power and dont care about kinect go with ps4 , it's down to personal preference

Has to be PS4 in my mind, the graphics are better, I like the idea of a share button on the controller and how you can watch eachothers videos. Also the PS4 internet explorer will be better as you can have different tabs so therefore aren't restricted to websites that don't have pop ups

If Microsoft cared so much for its Xbox fans/users then they would never have introducted the DRM policies and because they realised they were going to lose alot of money and lose the console war they had to change it and if they actually noticed what users wanted then this would never have happened.
