i have just went to go online on my jtag and it says there is an update available but i have 16203 where can i get the new one ? as my day has started on xbls and i cant even go online please help thanks

its probably just the avatar update you can Google avatar update for 16203 and find it
there are tons of tutorials on how to do it go on youtube and find how to do it
