1.) Do i NEED a Dev-Nand??

2.) Do i NEED to be linked to Xbox Neighborhood??

3.) If Neither Apply or Dev-Nand Does apply can you help me out lol?

1) no you don't need a dev NAND. 2) yes you need neighborhood linked to jtag

ok so how do i link xbox neighborhood then because it wont let me i typed the I.P and the Xbox Name neither worked

Make sure you have the plugin set also and make sure your wires are connected

you cannot have wireless. It has to be wired. Also, you have to have dashlaunch (don't know why you wouldn't) set rpc.xex as your first plugin and xbdm as your second.

well it could be wireless as long as you have a wireless adapter.
