Getting a new GFX card for Bday, i cant decide between these 2 cards, i plan on getting a second monitor later in the year as well

The second monitor will not affect game performance and 2GB VRAM is plenty for 1080p, but if you plan on adding a second 770 or using a higher-resolution monitor or three monitors, the 4GB card is a better choice. Your hardware is way overkill for one card, so I'd suggest the 4GB variant. It's also priced very well.
If you haven't ordered the other parts yet, it's unlikely you should be spending so much.
