whats going on guys! Ive had a youtube channel for possibly over a year now and it doesnt seem like its going anywhere! I mean i know its not going to happen over night but to see some progress would be good! I just don't get what I'm doing wrong or what i can do to help my channel out!

you are not uploading enough you need to do daily uploads my channel has been up for 6 months including a 3 month inactivity but now im 160 subs now just gotta have that dedication to keep uploading as much as possible
