Hello I am completely new to programming and I have decided to take it up tomorrow for the first time I have read the introduction sticky here and have searched around and decided Python is the best place to start. Do you guys think its worth going back and learning Python 2? Or should I just start with learning Python 3 and not worry about 2?

Python 3 is really only updated libraries and some removed deprecated features.

Learn whichever you like - most tutorials and resources are for 2.7.x but its extremely easy to adapt any script.
