There is a chance that the power supply wont fit in the case because its a regular desktop case and not a gaming case, however; the psu and gpu should work fine

Power supplies are all made to conform to the ATX standard which includes the dimensions of the supply. If you are unsure, eBuyer lists the dimensions of the new PSU and measure your old one.
As for the GPU, it will work with the PSU as it requires a minimum supply of 600w to operate, but again check that the card isn't too long that it doesn't fit in your case.
