I thought i'd put one together, it has a couple of the parts you had on the first build...most of which were right on the money. I changed the CPU cooler to the Hyper just because it was in your first build and i've had good experiences with it. The case i've tried too, it offers great cooling and good cable management. The powersupply is a bit beefier as i've found out the hard way that overclocking an FX series CPU can draw more power than expected and the GPU is a 660 with a great cooler.

Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports. will that effect of pc

No it will just mean that if you have a USB 3.0 device, you will need to use the ports on the back of the computer.
