The only reason ISO mods ruined GTAIV is because they are so easy to do. Therefore, the little kids started hosting them, killing people, kicking people and lagging the game out ect... My point is, they are fun. Getting the cars that would take you ages to get, weapons and other cool stuff. Mods aren't bad, it's the people that use them.

Mods did ruin GTA IV. I started modding around a little before TBOGT came out. I was already making my own mods. I started modding due to the fact at the time their wasnt so many modders. but as time progressed, more and more people started becoming modders. Then hence started freeze wars. The freeze car mod was found on accident by the way for anyone who didnt know. GTA 5 won't be modded this year or next year & I can promise everyone that

Mods are great unless they are ruining the game for others.

Playing with your friends and messing around with mods is always a blast.

You guys must be new modders. I've been modding for a long time & it gets really boring. I make all my own scripts & such. I have everything to my liking. I just get really bored of the limited map & activities on GTA 4 in liberty city. GTA 5 will have no reason to be modded. It will have everything we want
