Asking if you should refer to something and then stating it is referring to it so you obviously don't know much about the English language and I recommend that you Learn the English language before you attempt to learn to "code".
Secondly I'm not being negative I was just clearly saying that this so called "CFG menu" is very very very very very similar to others there is nothing in it that makes It unique it contains the same mods and part of the structure is the same as other CFG.

Knowing the English language is irrelevant actually when wanting to learn HTML, XHTML, or CSS. Basic English would be nice to know, yes, but it doesn't matter. Good try though if you were wanting to be a smart ass.
