Yes that cooler is compatible with the LGA1150 mounting holes. The coolers fans may block some of the RAM slots, so you may want to buy low profile Vengeance RAM instead.

Those will work, the cooler can accept RAM modules under it as long as they are not higher than 44mm. Those LP Corsair ones are 32mm high so will be fine.

I would get the Phanteks ph-tc14pe just because the Noctua is so ugly. LOOK AT THE COLOURS THEY DESERVE TO BURN FOR ALL ETERNITY. DIEDIEDIE. I hate it.
