Hello, I am currently making my own gaming pc. I have found components for the computer which have been recommended through websites and forums but I need to make a final decision soon. Here are the links for the products, I want the computer to support near or less most games which are compatible for windows. If a part is out dated or just bad notify me and say what I could get instead for the same price since I have a very tight budget. Also, I need to know if the motherboard will work with the RAM and graphics card I have chosen?

Please recommend me some, preferably with links and they must cost the same price.

What is your budget? I'll post a build in your price range, because frankly, this build is trash.

You won't be getting much of anything for 260 dollars, euros, or pounds. Save up until you have more if you want to build a pc.

With this build am I going to be able to run games on at constant 30 fps+ or not?

On very low settings. However, I would just suggest that you buy a gaming console if you can't bump up your budget. None of these parts are good and there's no case!
