ok so, i bought a jtag from someone... they are some things that are sketchy but at the same time theres some that arent.. ill make a list
-he lives in uk
-it was only 100 dollars (i told him i would give him 50 later wich i will)
-he said he sent it on tuesday and it takes 4-7 days to ship he wanted me to pay as gift BUT i did not instead i payed as service and he did not complain
-he did not give me a tracking id because he used the post office
so did he scamm me? evry time he is on aim and i send him an im he would anwser my question then when i send another im he would just log off. i sent him an im today elling him that i will refund him if he keeps it up...

Takes longer than 7 days
Ask him for his receipt details from the post office.
Also you can ask for recorded delivery which gives tracking.
As it is services, if he refuses receipt proof then reverse the transaction
