How would you go about solving the issue, to add a variable I'm gone on a trip and cannot be contacted: I would simply get proof that the person who got killed was not just complaining that he died and if he was telling the truth I would have a talk with him and ask him why he did it and when you arrive back from your trip I would inform you as soon as possible

first i would demote him/her. so they cant do it. then i would get on skype or something with the two people and get what they both have to say...give that to you when you get back. then take actions from there. and i would not remote him till you get back if i dont ban him or i would ban him for somethime
