No you cant because it's going to be apart of DLC so its not in the game yet and I think it will be a map specific weapon

You can get it on every single BO2 zombies map as long as you buy the map pack. David Vonderharr tweeted it awhile ago.

That's impossible, it couldn't be in Die Rise because they haven't fully introduced it yet but then again I could be wrong. I really haven't been scrounging around for BO2 info lately
