In the middle of setting up a VPN and I got stuck. YT videos don't seem to help me and neither does my ISPs guide. I am trying to add a custom service, I don't know if this is the correct step, and I need to use :
"Enter the lowest port number used by the service.
Enter the highest port number used. If the service uses only one port number, enter the same number."
I am not sure where to find this.

Here are a few steps that I use for setting up my VPN.
(I'm not fully sure to what you're trying to do, so this is a guide to how to connect to the VPN.)
Step 1: Go to the Control Panel, choose "Network and Internet".
Step 2: Choose "Network and sharing center".
Step 3: Choose "Set up a new connection or network".
Step 4: Choose "Connect to a workplace".
Step 5: Choose "Use my Internet connection (VPN)".
Step 6: Type the host name for your VPN (eg. vpn.yourvpn.com) as Internet address and put a nickname for it in "Destination name".
Step 7: Enter the username and password provided by your VPN host and press "Create".
You should then be connected to your VPN.
