You can still use the ray gun mark 2 if you disconnect your Internet and play local

no it has not but you can only get the raygun mark 2 if you are offline this is only time you can have the ray gun mark2.

no you can only get one of hem you can not get the raygun or the raygun mark 2

So which is it... people are saying you can and can't.

I never got the raygun mark 2 and the ray gun, but I didn't have enough time to try it out.

This would be pretty nice for nuketown/farm/town to have both.
