I got a normal Valbuena on the 25th of june from a pack and he should of been blue as he was in the all round tots and i contacted EA and they said to wait 48hrs and he should automatically switch over to a blue from a non rare but they did say there has been certain cases which has took up to 4days but now im on my 5th day and he still hasnt changed ??

i have contacted them again but i havent had a reply back i just want to get him switched over to try get that MOTM neymar :wat: :wat:

1 of my friends had this just over a month ago.
Just keep contacting them man and they will get back eventually
Did you give them details about the card? Like Issue date etc?

yeah i told them everything , they only just gave me my 1300 fifa points the other day back from my case in December

Keep contacting them man. My friend got his player "exchanged" after a week or so and he contacted the twice.
