Why don't you just use Amazon lolol. You buy an Online Game Code and it comes up on the screen.

Grab a credit card and go to Microsoft.com and it will add the points right to your account.

Or, go to a website like Amazon or Walmart, and buy it there with a card. They will email you the code within like 5-10 minutes.
