A1: The servers are still deranking, but not banning.

A2: 1v1, 2v2, ad 3v3 are the safest. The less people the better, and always make sure it's only with people you know.
Q3: How can we boost safetly?
A3: Add "iGeneration v1" for a better explination. But, you and your boosting buddies must turn off your game recording. You do this by exiting to the Multiplayer game menu and clicking options. Then you scroll to Theater Recording and click it to say disabled.
