You don't need a CPU key entered in when creating an ECC, if you have one in the box delete it and try creating it again.

thats not my problem i need to make a donor nand but it keeps saying my CPU key is wrong when i know it is right and you cant do it with no CPU key i think

are you hitting create ecc or create image because it says failed ecc. Try hitting create image.

Are you trying to create an ecc or a nand image?
Also, where did you get this cpu key from if it hasn't worked?
Try this:
1) Enter the Original Nand in "Source File"
2) Enter "Falcon" in the console type
3) Look under "XeBuild Options" and make sure its set to "RGH"
4) Click "Create Ecc"
5) Click "Write Ecc"
Post the Log after you try that, hopefully that works. Lmk
