umm u wont ban for using an aimbot on ur regular xbox but if someone catches u and reportes u then yes u can get account ban

yes u can. but it depends on how many people file complaints on you. If your gonna do this, i suggest using a console protector which nulls out your console ids. So when people file complaints on you, it will go to a console that doesn't exist.
