When I log on to my computer it says "location not available" "C:\windows:\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted or that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try again. If it is still not located , the information might have been moved to a different location."
And then all I have is a black screen with the recycle bin. Can anyone help??!!

by any chance can you hold the windows key and press R?? it should bring up a little box called run.

is it booted in Safe Mode by any chance that usually causes the black desktop with the recycle bin if not then your hard drive could be dead due to the virus sorry man that sucks
