Basically, you want as little of the trample steam in the wall as possible, then when you walk into it make sure you're walking to the right! You'll either end up on top or in the table. Strafe jump if you get caught in the wall and the trample steam will shoot you out, and try again

Note; Time bomb before if you can!

The Tramplesteam goes off but doesnt launch me. is there anything special i have to do before this?

Yup just follow the steps in the video and post and watch where I place it and you should be fine!
