i have to renew my xbox 360 live and dont wanna buy a new , if it wont work on xbox one?

Yes I believe it will work on the xbone. There is no reason why they would not let the accounts transfer from xbox 360 to the xbone.

Yeah, your Xbox Live gold membership will transfer over to the Xbox One.
