I hav horizon modio and gibbeds borderlands 2 save editor. And I have the save, but when I try to open it, it says. Failed to load save: cannot load XBOX 360 CON files, exract save using modio or equivalent. Anyone know how to help?

When your searching for your save in the editor make sure to open the scroll box (bottom right) and change it from pc to xbox 360.

make sure you extract the save contents aswell you cant opoen the whole save
