I just got back into graphics on the new YouTube and I made a banner for a client. I downloaded a template for it and everything fits inside. I even made sure the file size was less than 2mb (it is even less than 1mb) but for some reason it still is not working...

Let me know if I am doing something wrong or if someone could help me, thanks.

Have you made it to the right size of 2460x1440?

Also have you saved it as .jpeg and (I'm assuming you're using photoshop) not a different file?

Can confirm that the file is below 1mb and fits all requirements.

It will accept .JPEG but looks absolutely horrid.
